As a tech-native executive, he's launched two of the world’s largest digital advertising agencies—Razorfish & Schematic—and led a series of multiplatform technology and media businesses, from startups to global enterprises like Samsung, where he was the sole non-Korean “board room” executive in Korea.

He has steered the digital transformation of two of Great Britain’s leading media organizations—the BBC and Associated Northcliffe—accelerating growth while preserving profitability and reinvented other firms into prolific, profitable, and award-winning industry leaders.

Titus is committed to cultivating dynamic cultures that promote women and other minorities to leadership roles, with a focus on building enclaves that reward success and honor and study failure as a springboard for learning.
